Glyphs Series

I have always been fascinated by symbols incorporated in American
Indian jewelry and painted on rocks. The jewelry glyphs and petroglyphs
are an example of pure abstraction. The essential marks expressing
humans, animals and plants are sophisticated and unencumbered by
self-consciousness. These paintings are a tribute to man's natural urge
